Welcome! I am an incoming Assistant Professor in the The Department of Government at American University, starting August 2020. I received my Ph.D. from California Institute of Technology in 2020.

My research interests are in American Politics and Political Methodology, with a focus on on political behavior (registration/turnout/campaign contributions), working with large voter files and Federal Election Commission datasets. I mainly use R and Stan to employ tools such as probabilistic record linkage, semiparametrics, machine learning, and Bayesian statistics.
